Q: Wait, what happened to Rambler On?

Rambler On has been rebranded as YETI Custom Shop, which is the official customization service for YETI Rambler products. It’s the same great service and product that you’ve come to know, just under a new name.

Q: Where do you place the logo or monogram on the Rambler?

The marking is always placed on the opposite side from the YETI emboss.

Q: How large can you print my design?

Some things to remember: Your logo or design may not fill up the entire marking area. We will make our best effort to present your art as prominently as possible, without compromising the inherent scale. Ultimately, the design itself determines the size of the area we can laser mark.

The 30 oz Rambler has a max printable area of 3.25" wide by 2.75" tall.

The 20 oz Rambler has a max printable area of 3" wide by 2.5" tall.

The Colster has a max printable area of 2.5" wide by 2" tall.

The Lowball has a max printable area of 2.75" wide by 2.1" tall.

The 36 oz bottle has a max printable area of 3” wide by 6” tall.

Q: Can you mark both sides of the Rambler?

Yes! For an additional fee of $10 per unit we can mark the back side with the same or a different design (Ex: logo on one side and a name on the other).

Q: What file type does my logo need to be?

The required file format is .eps /.ai /pdf /.JPG or or any high resolution image. Basic art set up and revisions are included as part of the customization service.

Q: Can YETI Custom Shop create my logo?

While we will do our best to convert the design you provide to look great on the Rambler, we do not create new logos or art as part of our service.

Q: Is color an option or just black?

Black is the only option. That being said, the combination of the solid black on stainless steel looks pretty good, if we do say so ourselves.

Q: Can you print college logos or mascots on my Rambler?

We offer a wide variety of collegiate logos — if you don’t see your team, give us a call at (512) 777-1078 and let us know. And be sure to check back with us, as we are always adding new licensed artwork to our design library.

Q: Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We currently only ship to the lower 48 states in the US. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders of 4 or more items. Orders that include 3 items or less will be charged a flat rate fee of $10 for shipping. We are unable to ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address.

Q: How soon will I receive my order?

Lead times fluctuate based on current inventory as well as the quantity being ordered. Typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks after your order has been confirmed (design approved and payment submitted). However, our Customer Success Guides will be able to quote you with a production timeline based on your specific needs.

Q: What is the return policy?

Due to the permanent nature of our customization process, we are unable to accept returns on most orders. You can read our full return policy here for more information on defective products and production errors.

Q: What is the warranty on customized products?
